Introduced Sharon to Sonic Youth, Iggy Pop, David Bowie and Lydia Lunch.
Will listen to anyone who is creative and original, just that little bit wonderfully different.
Now plays a seven year old Fender Strat. Started playing
the guitar 11 years ago to write songs and found a way to get the songs out of her head and to the public.
Has performed in many different bands and also as a soloist but mainly for the Sisters of Sharon.
Previous bands: Free Vern, The English Eccentrics, Mothership, Alive and The Front Line.

In the middle of a really good musical jam - when it all just comes together like magic!
JILL EASON - Bass. Song writer and composer.
Inspired by 70's funk and punk; Chilli Peppers and On-U sound. Plays a Yahama semi-acoustic
made in the early seventies. Picked up the bass to play in the Sisters and found a unique style that grooves
and throbs....... Previous to that, her greatest musical achievements had been 'Three Blind Mice' on the
recorder age 12 (no instrument more likely to put you off playing music) Thankfully, she changed her
attitude from "I can't play that" to "I don't know, I've never tried" and found the bass to be the right instrument
for her. Upsets Sharon by not taking her fashion advice.
MOST CHALLENGING GIG : At The Wanch - having
to play most of the night on 3 strings after breaking her A string and not having a spare.........
EMMA FEATHERSTONE - Drums. Jumping onto the drumstool with ease,
Emma joined the Sisters at the beginning of the Year of the Tiger.....
With a musical background and a total lack of self control.
Previous bands; The Virgin Mary's,
Spiders, and Miss Venezuela. Inspired by Metallica's metallic metal
and complete lack of any control. Emma plays solo cymbal with
passion and loves making people perspire. Favourite quote "Toughen
Up". Thoughts about joining the Sisters of Sharon "Who is Sharon,
man?"
GREATEST MUSICAL MOMENT - when her drums caught on fire in a
dark seedy pub! Never underestimate the power of a drummer.

Being a qualified nurse, Bonnie uses nursing to take care of the audience & music to take care of her
